Been using them for four years on my motorhome. Had someone try to break in and damaged the door unit. Got another service recommended by the dealer to estimate, and should have gone with them. Used Camper Capitol because they had worked on the coach for me before. Both they and the other repair man said they'd work with us to reduce our deductible by half, since it was no fault of ours that the claim had to be made. They kept our coach for FIVE MONTHS. Said the door unit got lost in shipment, and the fabricator would expedite a replacement. Still took another TWO months expedited. We missed spring break, memorial day, fourth of July, and summer vacation all the while paying the payment and the storage facility fees. When we finally got the repair done, we asked about the arrangement to split the deductible. I suggested they work with our insurance company to get some money for storing the coach five months, or ask for transportation fees bringing the coach in to their shop. They claimed they would not do any such thing, they don't work with insurance companies, that was my job. They intimated what I was suggesting was FRAUD. They don't keep their word. They don't keep on top of their vendors. After we picked it up, they didn't repair the burned out light bulb on the top, and didn't replace the broken windshield washer hose quick connects like we asked when we brought it to them. They kept it another two days. When we came to get it, we got another bill for those. The parts cost was fifty cents. The bill was fifty dollars. I felt they could have waived the labor charges on the two fifty cent part repairs after they reneged on their word to split the deductible and kept the coach FIVE MONTHS, but they won't. And I won't ever use them again. Ever.
