An honest mechanic who knows his job. 8/16/2010

I have been going to Campbell Motor Center for about three years. I recently moved back to San Jose, but even when I lived in Sacramento, I would make a point to drive down to San Jose to use Bobby. They are accurate, fast, thorough and Bobby does the job right the first time. I have had countless repairs done at Campbell Motor Center. I take my wife's car there as well as my own, and I have sent my father-in-law and brother-in-law their as well. I have had them do everything from brakes to transition and motor mounts. I have a waterline that runs under the intake manifold, and they replaced that at half the amount I had been quoted by everyone else. They do accurate and efficient work and I have never had to take anything back for the same problem. more

Friendly and approachable. He treats your car like it is his own. 7/7/2010

I have been going to Campbell Motor Center for the last two years. My experience has been good. I have had a transmission replaced as well as having all tuneups and maintenance done there. They make you feel very comfortable. I just drop off my car and explain the problem, and they take a look and give me feedback. They tell me what the total cost will be for the work, and they are very fair as far their prices. Also, they are pretty quick. They get the car back when they promise. Going to Campbell Motor is almost like going to a family friend. Bobby makes you feel very comfortable and he is very friendly and approachable. He treats your car like it is his own. more

Great expertise and knowledge; fair and upfront pricing. 7/6/2010

Campbell Motor Center is great. They have always been good, and are very knowledgeable. Bobby especially is knowledgeable, and pretty much always has the correct diagnosis for the car the first time. They are honorable, upfront, and there are never surprises. I have used them for about 3 and a half years. Overall, Campbell Motor Center is excellent. more

Bobby has earned my confidence 3/26/2008

The first time I had my Mercedes serviced for oil change was April 11, 2007. Then, on June 6, I had a problem with the rear window regulator ( of the Mercedes). Just last Saturday, March 22 ,2008,\r I drove my Mercedes to a party. After I came home and turned off the engine, I heard a humming noice under the hood and also smelled "burning odor". It took about 45 minutes for the noice to disappear. The following Monday, I took the car to Campbell Motor Center. The person who took care of my Mceredes was Bobby (who also happens to be the owner). He is a super mechanic, especially with Mercedes, and he is extremely personable.\r \r Simply put, I appreciate the excellent service and very reasonble price. more

Amazing Service! 10/21/2007

I took my Mercedes in for a B service and was amazed at the professionalism and knowledge displayed by the owner and his staff. Their pricing beat the dealership BY FAR and they used all the same genuine parts that the dealership would have.
