We are from Santa Barbara and visit Carmel a few times each year. This is our FAVORITE store, and we buy someting beautiful everytime we visit. The ladies in the shop take care of everything for us, and ship all the great things we buy to us. Unique, wonderful home decor items, and terrific service. Thanks, and we hope to see you in 2009!!! Our design project included selecting furnishings and accessories for our 4500 square foot historic home in Carmel, designing and installing window treatments and custom built-in cabinetry, as well as decorative and faux painting. The Campbell Collection managed all aspects of the work in a professional and timely manner. Because we are in Carmel on a part-time basis, it was wonderful having the Campbells managing our project. They kept everything organized and on schedule, and they are really great to work with. We highly recommend them as the designer of choice in Carmel! And, their retail showroom on Ocean Avenue is fantastic. Pros: Just simply outstanding work in every way! Cons: Wish they had a shop in our hometown in Oklahoma! more

Our primary home is in the Central Valley, and we have owned two vacation homes in Carmel. The Campbell Collection furnished BOTH of our Carmel homes, and we were so delighted by the results, we asked them to do the same for our family home in Ripon. They are terrifically talented and an absolute joy to work with! Every house the do for us is to perfection. We highly recommend them for interior design. And, we love, love, love their showroom in Carmel. We take friends and family to shop there and they love everything about it. Hats off to the Campbells! If you are looking for simply the best in Interior Design help, a showroom with great furniture and accessories and staff that know what they are doing then look no further. I have had nothing but great service and quality products from everyone involved with this business as have many of my friends. When you hire an interior designer, you expect an experienced professional who can solve problems, help you avoid costly mistakes and, most importantly, create an attractive, affordable space designed specifically to meet your needs. Unfortunately this was not my experience with the Campbell Collection. I hired and promptly fired them for my 2M home remodel project in Pebble Beach. There were gross billing discrepanicies, I found them to be inexperienced in interior designing & construction project management, and lacked follow through. In my opinion, the Campbell Collection is dishonest and untrustworthy. Cons: dishonest , untrustworthy, lack of follow through more
