Good: Experience Counts in real estate appraisal. And they really listen, and try to help solve your individual problem. I found out, good appraisers don't do the same job the same way, for different homeowners, because they need to communicate different issues and details about the home and market, depending on the purpose of the appraisal.. Bad: No complaints. They are not the very cheapest guys in town - they're about Average for fees/pricing, but they Know their Stuff, Way above the Average appraiser - which can make a Big difference in the outcome to the Homeowner.. Improvements: I'd like to see our local real estate market improve, but that's in the hands of the economy.. Other: The Campbell Appraisal crew, starting with the owner, is friendly, helpful and expert at appraising properties in south Florida. I highly recommend them..
