The Camp Wagging Tails staff and facility are outstanding. The dogs are treated with love and get so much time outside to play and enjoy the fresh air. The staff works so hard to make sure the dogs are safe and enjoy themselves, which is most important to me. My golden always comes home and passes out because of all the fun he had and by the next morning he is spinning in circles waiting for me to take him to CWT. I have used Camp Wagging Tails (CWT) many many times over the past 2 years to board my dog. The people are incredibly nice and the facilities are way above average, probably the best in the Charlotte area. However, recently I have steered away from CWT due to their limited pickup times, expensive daycare, and increasing overnight prices. Be careful who you trust to care for your best friends. For the fees they charge wouldn't you expect someone to be there over night? Well you would be wrong. My best friend died there, alone, at night. Please search out a better place for your best friend! Cons: NO ONE is there over night more

Camp Wagging Tails is an amazing pet resort. We just recently moved from South Florida and the pet resort my dogs frequented in Fort Lauderdale was just that a PET RESORT & SPA. The owners had 2 acres with a bone shaped pool and waterfall, agility course, indoor play room, luxury 2 bedroom accomodations (really 2 bedrooms), classical music piped in for the pups at night AND THE OWNERS LIVED UPSTAIRS ON SIGHT WITH CAMERAS ON ALL THE SUITES DOWNSTAIRS!!! FIRST CLASS ACCOMODATIONS AND SERVICES! When we moved up here to Charlotte my first priority was to find our dogs the best accomodations I could find and I didn't care how far I had to drive. THANK HEAVENS FOR CAMP WAGGING TAILS!!! WOW FIRST CLASS ACCOMODATIONS!! Just as great as the resort in South Florida but with webcams (what an ease on the mind). If you talk to anyone they'll tell you my dogs are my life. We have no kids so my puppies are just that, my kids. Totally spoiled, the best I can offer them at no expense! Camp Wagging Tails isn't a Kennel because it is really like a hotel. The large expansive property with the football field details, a beautiful bone-shaped pool for the pups to lounge around and the staff is amazing, wonderful and very helpful. We have two dogs a 1 yr old Boxer and a 16 year old mutt. The boxer just jumps out of his skin in excitement when he arrives at Camp Wagging Tails he just loves it there! The staff is very caring and attentive to the needs of my senior pup and I can't say thanks enough for that. The icing on the cake are the webcams that let you see your babies sleeping, playing or swimming. It's a great feature and worth my babies staying in the luxury suites. It really puts my mind at ease! I can't say enough about Celia & the staff at Camp Wagging Tails really fantastic and a breath of fresh air in the world of some cruddy establishments around Charlotte claiming to have luxury accomodations for your pets, your babies. Pros: Great staff, luxury suites, webcams, play areas, pool, service, attention to detail, online reservations Cons: Distance from home, I live in South Charlotte and Camp Wagging Tails is in North Charlotte, but I don't mind more
