I will always remember... I will always remember all the great times and great songs that this camped shared. It made me feel so real again. Now being 20 years old, I wold love to send my foster siblings there. I have to say that I used to love the camp fires and the walks in the woods. My favorite song there was God Bless Camp O' Bannon. I loved every single camp counselor. i loved the games and the challenges we had. i remember the soap slide. that was incredibly fun. i wish i could go back. more

Will never forget... 6/2/2009

All the good times I had at Camp O'Bannon. I went to ""main camp"" for 1 year and then to Outpost for the next 3. I have to say those were some of the funnest childhood memories. Like Quint said, these can never be duplicated no matter how hard we try. Joe was the camp director when I was there and he made every camper his friend. He even went to the ER with me when I had to have stitches in my mouth from camping incidents 2 years in a row! more

Memories made - memories for a lifetime 7/30/2008

I attended Camp O'Bannon for 5 years when I was young. I'm now 39 and still have great memories of my time spent at this great Camp. I am now a Boy Scout Scoutmaster and I ofen times remember my days at main camp and outpost. I was not a Boy Scout when I was young, so I attribute my passion for camping to Camp O'Bannon. more

A great place to make childhood memories 6/18/2008

I am a grown women today, I went to Camp O'Bannon over 20 years ago. I have very good memories from there. The new friends I made. The staff, which was great. Swimming, Art and Crafts. Today my youngest son is at Camp O'Bannon and I know he is making good memories that he will carry with him as I have carried mine. And I know he is being cared for by Great people. more
