Camp Bow Wow Cherry Hill Dog Daycare and BOarding

Anyone who has a young dog knows that the key to happy dog ownership is an exercised puppy! Well, Camp Bow Wow has been a great option for us when it comes to taking care of our 11 month old Golden Retriever/Lab. Most of the time, we are able to be around to exercise her and give her lots of TLC but there are times when the weather turns bad or our hectic schedules get crazy that this is not possible. On these occasions, we take a trip out to Camp Bow Wow. Before getting our ""Ava"", I was concerned about leaving her somewhere else and also the cost of these kinds of services,but I have found that Camp Bow Wow is very affordable for both the day care and over night stays. If you choose to use the over night option, you will be able to leave your pet there early one morning and not pick her up until the following evening for one reasonable cost. They will be able to play both days in the play area with the other dogs. Most of the other places that I have experienced, charge you additionally for that extra play time. They also have a military discount which is always appreciated by us military families.\r I love how our dog acts when we first get there. She is so excited!! She goes running to the door and stands wagging her tail and going bonkers until one of the staff members check her in and take her back. My favorite question is, ""Is it okay if Ava has a peanut butter treat before bed?"" OF COURSE!!\r If you are looking for a safe, clean, loving place to take your dog, I highly recommend the Camp Bow Wow in Cherry Hill. There are actually similiar kinds of places closer to my home, but I will always go the extra distance to get the kind of service and care that we receive there. And for me, the best thing is after I pick her up is how she is passed out before we even leave the parking lot! more

Our pup, Miley, had a wonderful day at this doggy camp. She played and had a great time. The facility is clean, spacious, well monitored, and has a great staff. I completely trusted leaving our 4-legged daughter with them. Highly recommended! more

We have been taking our labradoodle to Camp Bow Wow since he was four months old. Every experience there has been positive. Our dog is enthusiastically greeted by the staff as soon as we walk in the door. I can drop him off, rest assured, that he will have hours of running around and playing with his fellow doggie campers and staff that will leave him happy and exhausted! In fact, he is usually asleep in the car by the time we pull out of the parking lot. We haven't utilized the overnight boarding or grooming services yet, but are confident that they are as exemplar as the daycare. I strongly believe that his weekly camp visits have contributed to his easygoing disposition and him being well socialized with other dogs and people. I recommend Camp Bow Wow without any reservations! more

I met some Camp Bow Wow employees at a Vaccination and Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic. I had never heard of Camp Bow Wow before, but was very impressed with the staff members I met I decided to scout it out. I was impressed by the website and the camper cameras where you can watch the pups play. The staff were interacting with the dogs, the place was clean. The first day which is an interview day is FREE. I filled out the application for each of my dogs and updated their Bordetella shots. We set up an interview and went in on our appointed day. The place was better in person. I had a tour of the place, very clean, was greeted by all the staff, and had all my questions answered. The carefully observed my dogs temperaments and personalities. When they saw my medium sized dog wanted to be with her larger sized sister they moved her in with them and monitored to make sure she wasn't overwhelmed by all the bigger dogs. Later that day I was greeted by two very happy and overtired dogs. When we got home they zoomed around the house a few times and then fell sound asleep on the sofa. It was all I could do to get them up to go to their beds at night. We can hardly wait for our next visit. more

I absolutely LOVE Camp Bow Wow and so does my pitbull mix, Savannah. They adore her and I trust them implicitly. The place is immaculately clean, they are all (counselors, groomer, front desk, the owners-who are almost always on site working-and everyone that works there) are such absolute pleasures to be around. you can clearly tell that they all LOVE dogs. My Savannah has gone for Doggie Day Camp (full and half days), Boarding when I travel, Grooming (bath & ears cleaned) and we see them at every dog event we go to, they always have a table or booth set up to promote the camp. They (unlike other camps) have no restrictions on dog breeds, as long as your dog is friendly! If you don't at least try them out, you are missing out on something spectacular for your best friend!! They are worth it!! CAMP BOW WOW ROCKS!\r Savannah jumps out of the car when we get there and wags her tail so hard, her whole butt and then her whole body wiggle she almost knocks herself over, she is so excited! I always get a breakdown of her day and sometimes I even geta report card on how well she did. they also have LIVE CAMPER CAMS so when you're at work and thinking about your best friend, you can just go to their website and watch your pup play, it is awesome! They never get annoyed with phone calls to check in and they are always so helpful. Seriously, your pup is missing out if you don't at least try them!! more
