My step-father passed away in August and my mother moved in with me afterwards. She has a 2 year old Great Pyrenees, Angus. Although my Chow mix, Bryson is easy going, unfortunately, my 7 year old Lab mix, Buford, did not like Angus and would try to attack him. We were at a crossroads and feared we would have to get rid of one of the dogs which we loved so much. Thanks to Camp Bow Wow Trainers, Patty and Lindsay, we were taught how to modify our behavior in order to modify our dogs' behaviors. Now, we are all one big happy family! The training was so easy and just required consistency. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! more

We have been sending our wire hair fox terrier here for over a year now. She goes to camp twice a week and I can't imagine not sending her. She gets the attention and exercise she needs while I am at work. She is always tired when she gets home which means she had a good day. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient. I can't imagine sending my dog any where else. more

Camp Bow Wow is the happening place. My grand-dog Izzie needs alot of play time considering she is a boxer and this is the place where it all started. She was going once a week and now she goes there three times a week. The whole staff there is wonderful and you can see how much they love all the dogs that walks through. Needless to say Izzie runs in and opens the swinging door like many dogs I see. The staff knows every dogs names and can tell you which dog was playing with who. The best part is being able to watch your dog on doggy cam. I have it on my Ipad and Iphone. No hidden play area. The staffs are prompt in cleaing the doggy mess all day. Very clean. I have seen a turnaround in Izzie as she has gone through Behavior training class with Patty. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work Camp Bow Wow Staff. One more thing Izzie has a boyfriend there Frank another boxer. My advice...Check out the Camp. Its the best place to take your dogs. more

We have been using Camp Bow Wow here in Greenville since our Doberman was several months old. She has so much energy and we wanted a place to ""burn it off"" while socializing and playing hard. We have used Camp Bow Wow for day camp and for week long stays. I love that you can ""spy"" on your dog with their webcam and see which dogs in the play yard she enjoys socializing with. From the moment we walked in, we knew that Camp Bow Wow was for us, it almost looked like a Doctors office and was immaculate. Highly recommended. more

We've recently moved to Greenville. We have a 16 year old Westie who previously had boarded at only one facility. I visited many dog boarding facilities in the area and could find none that I though suited the needs of our dog, until a neighbor recommended Camp Bow Wow. Our dog went for his 'trial' day and it was a success. From then on, we have taken him there for long weekends and a few days of 'doggie daycare'. From our second visit on, our dog is greeted by name and remembered. I'm happy he's with dogs his size in the 'teacup' area and that he's free to run around the room and not be in a crate for most of the day. The staff is friendly, courteous and our dog returns home happy and full of energy. We are so glad to have found Camp Bow Wow. more

We adore Camp Bow Wow! We recently relocated from Columbia and were so sad to leave the CBW down there, but the Greenville location is just as wonderful. It is so nice to know that you can leave your dog where he is safe and happy (and comes home exhausted from playing so hard) while you are out of town. We also love it for day camp just to keep him socialized and exercised. Highly recommend! more

This is THE best place to take your dog for a day of fun, exercise or even a spa day! It's the only place to bring your dog to enjoy his day while your working too! You can buy packages of visits, make reservations to ensure your pup has a wonderful day while you are busy with other things. My dog, Kashmir, spends two days a week there and we have taken advantage of many of their other services too, bathing, teeth brushing, nail trimming ( my dog usually hates this) and she has even spent some time with their trainer working on her issues with trimming her nails. Check this place out! more

I didn't think we would be able to find a doggie daycare service as good as our old one, but Camp Bow Wow has exceeded all our expectations. They are always very patient with our very energetic lab, and we love that he gets to spend all day running around with other dogs his size. When I check in on him through the web cam, there is almost always a Camp Bow Wow employee hanging out with the dogs, which really puts my mind at ease. This place couldn't be any more perfect. more

We love Camp Bow Wow in Greenville. Our boxer Frank is very high energy and we were having trouble making sure he got enough exercise. Since we have been taking him to Bow Wow, we have a whole new dog. All of the people who work there love him like he is one of their own and he is always so excited to see them every morning. \r \r Patty and Lindsay, the trainers, have really helped with the training issues we have encountered. Whether it be to reinforce good greeting techniques or getting him to have proper behavior on the leash, Patty and Lindsay are great. We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow - Greenville! more

They go the extra mile on a daily basis!!\r \r I LOVE Camp Bow Wow in Greenville, SC. My boy, Bailey is a regular camper for almost two years now. When I tell him in the morning, that we are going to ""kindergarten"", he jumps up and down and can't wait to get in the car. He even knows the way. As soon as I make that turn on Airport Road, he knows what time it is.\r \r When I took the tour of the facility a while back, I was surprised how clean it was. They offer grooming services and teeth cleaning for a reasonable price.\r \r What I love most about Camp Bow Wow is the staff. They take very good care of Bailey and sometimes even of me. They tell me things about my boy, that I never would have thought could be true. It keeps Bailey active and young.\r \r Thank you, Camp Bow Wow for everything that you do!!\r more

Camp Bow Wow is the best place I have ever been to. I love playing with all of my friends, and the other dogs too! The counselors are really nice to me and I love getting pampered on Salon Day. My mom says she hates to bring me because I don't want to come home :) I love everyone at Camp. more

Greenville?s Camp BowWow is awesome! When I tell Bert and Hazel they are going to Camp for the day, they start jumping and barking, and run to the front gate ? they really do know! Once I pull in to the parking lot, they are ready to jump out and dash in ? I have never seen two happier dogs. At the end of the day, I pick up two happy, tired Bassets and I am a very happy doggy Momma ? Everyone at Camp is wonderful. If you?ve not taken your dogs to Camp, you need to try it now!! Bert and Hazel say Arrrooooh to everyone at Camp! more

Truly Caring Counselors 3/11/2010

The Counselor's treat your dog as if it is their own. My senior has special needs and they go above and beyond to take care of her. The folks are genuine animal lovers and participate in events all across town to promote rescue and adoption. I truly love this place! Pros: Wouldn't hesitate to leave my furbaby there, ever! Cons: Lady Bug has an attitude problem if she doesn't get to go! more

The Best Boarding Place in town! 3/3/2010

We love Camp Bow Wow and our dog does too! He doesn't get alot of opportunities to play with other dogs so this is a real treat for him and he is always full of energy right when I pick him up but then crashes on the way home and sleeps great that night. My favorite part is that they don't charge you for all the extras. If our dog stays overnight he automatically gets to play during the day and a treat at night. All the employees are great to work with too! Getting a GHS hospital discount is a great perk too. more

Wonderful! 3/1/2010

We have been taking our dog to Camp Bow Wow for almost 2 years and we love them. Our dog is 1 1/2 years old and has sooo much energy. Everytime we pick her up from Camp Bow Wow she is ready for a nap and sleeps all night! She loves being able to play with other dogs! We love that even with our busy lives our dog can still interact with other dogs and run all her energy out! We try to take her once a month for day camp and she stays at Camp Bow Wow everytime we leave for a trip. I never have to worry about her while I'm gone because they take such good care of her! We LOVE Camp Bow Wow! Pros: They are great with every dog more

A dog's DREAM 1/31/2009

I have two dogs that I have been taking to camp for the past few months. Let me just say that they LOVE it. They get excited when we pull up and practically drag me into there. At the end of the day the camp counselors tell me about my dogs' day, including who their friends are. It's hysterical that my dogs are leading totally separate lives from mine! I recommend this camp to anyone who has a friendly, playful dog who stops for no one! Pros: Dogs obviously have a good time! Cons: A little pricey! more

The Best Ever in Doggy Daycare & Boarding 1/27/2009

My husband & I moved here from NJ about 6 mos. ago. We were THRILLED when we discovered that there was a Camp Bow Wow here! We used to take our Irish Setter, Killian, to the Camp Bow Wow in Lawrenceville, NJ, and he loved it! The CBW in Greenville is even better. There are more play areas and they are larger. The staff is great! Mom & Dad love that Killian is free to wander inside and outside whenever he wants, is free to socialize with all the other dogs his size, and that he is so enthusiastic to go to CBW and sooooo exhausted when he comes home from a hard day at play. They also love that new dogs are screened for health and immunizations and temperament before being accepted into doggy daycare. Best of all are the webcams (Camper Cams) strategically placed in all of the indoor & outdoor play areas. If you are concerned about how your pup is faring in the environment or just wanna see him because you miss him, just go to the CBW website and access the Camper Cams. This is also a great place for boarding for all the same reasons. One last item of note is that their hours for drop-off and pickup are far more extensive (and therefore convenient) than any other place I know of. Pros: Webcams, cleanliness, caring staff, dogs are free to go inside and outside whenever they want Cons: Can't think of any more

Best of the Best Day Care 1/19/2009

This was the best idea I have seen in a long time. The staff is GREAT !!!! My 2 dogs love it and I can take them and not worry about their safety. They have trained Camp Staff and indoor /outdoor play areas for the dogs. My dogs love it when we pull up you can't get them out of the truck fast enough. This place is a clean and safe enviroment for my ""babies"". Pros: Staff, Clean and Safe Cons: Can't think of any. more

Your Dog's Best Friends 1/17/2009

You don't want to leave your dog with a stranger, and if you take him or her to Camp Bow Wow you won't have to. The staff is so friendly and knows the dogs by name and plays with the dogs. The dogs get to play with the other dogs in large contained indoor/outdoor areas but also get naps and quiet time in their own individual cabins. The dogs go crazy they are so excited to be there and the counselors do watch the dogs closely, and provide lots of attention. During one visit the counselor noticed something about my dog that I had missed that morning and she called me and I took her to the vet, where she had to spend the night recovering from eating one of my handbags. They pay attention to the dogs well being as well as playing with them. I have threedogs who go there and I am so grateful for their contribution to my dog's life. Pros: Staff more

Best Dog Experience in Town 1/13/2009

I wish I would have thought of it.... Camp Bow Wow has to be one of the best ideas I have seen for a long time. Dogs arrive happy and can't wait to play with their buddies. They come home happy and tired. The staff is wonderful with the dogs - they clearly LIKE their jobs and their ""clients."" I love it, my dog loves it, and as a bonus I can watch him on my computer when I get a minute during my busy day. Pros: Camp Bow Wow is a dog's second best friend Cons: weekend day boarding - BUT understandable more
