I bought a 2007 Sonata from this dealership (not a great experience), but I have had to take the car in to service a few times because once I had a dead battery and then a burned out brake light and both times, Paul, the service manager, has been great. Service is great, fast and they are all very nice. The parts manager, Stuart, has also been extremely helpful with any items that I needed for the car. I am very happy with this service and parts department. more

I've always enjoyed getting service from Paul when I get my car serviced. He's very friendly and is always willing to fix any mistakes that occur. I've had a few unexpected issues, but paul will always go the distance to satisfy. He did a great job on my last oil change and parts purchases. more

My first visit to the dealership I purchased a beautifull 2009 Sonata Limited. Mr. Kevin was excellent in providing everything needed to finalize my purchase...he was able to beat my credit union rate of 5.9 by one point: 4.9. The whole staff was very helpful and supportive. At no time did I ever receive service quite like I did from this Service department. A spotless office, energetic staff and a Service Director that was one of the most courteous, professional and knowledgeable people I have ever met in a Hyundai Service department. With Manny I never felt like I was getting the run-around, nor did he ever make me feel I was too ignorant to understand what was happening to my car (which is something I experienced all too often at other Hyundai dealerships.) Manny and his team took it the extra mile, and for that I will always take my car to Cammisa Hyundai for all work and maintenance so long as I am living in the Bay Area. Don't believe everything you read about this place.! I walked in met a the internet sales manager, Kevin and we talked about 9 am about the Elantra Touring 2010. He talked to me about a price, and I told him I was going to do some shopping. No hassle no pressure, I landed back around 3pm, he was with someone. Another Salesmane Mark met us. I explained we were back to buy the Elantra, and we wante Kevin. Mark needed to cover for Kevin, he was obviously busy with clients. Kevin gave him the price we discussed in the am, Mark went away and within 60 mins, I was finished. The car was being detailed, and I felt good. No pressure, some discussion, no guise. No games. While the crew detailed the 2010 Elantra Touring for me, the owner happened by. A cordial man, who went out of his way to thank us for the business. My tank was full, the car was spotless, the price was right. Don't always believe what you read, if you are ready to buy the car, these guys were a pleasure to deal with. more
