The place has become a slum lord it has come down quit a bit, there maintenance crew do not know how to fix things the first time around so if you don't mind have things not fix then this is the place to live. They rent to lots of people who do not care about the place so things get torn up. Rent at your own risk. more

stable, apartment homes 11/20/2005

This is a smaller complex with staff that doesn't change very often. The tenants that live here have lived here for many years and they have winter visitors that return year after year. The amenities are in working order and utilities are included in the rent. They are in a good east phoenix location. more
