Got my hair colored there. I told them I had hard roots and the girl yesses me and did them the regular way. Of course, that didn't work. So she re-did them and it still didn't...

Horrendous experience! 3/1/2012

Got my hair colored there. I told them I had hard roots and the girl yesses me and did them the regular way. Of course, that didn't work. So she re-did them and it still didn't take. They are blaming MY ROOTS! Gee, that never happened at any other Aveda salon... I'm supposed to go back for a THIRD TIME, but I'm too disgusted. Obviously, this has never happened before. Manager pretended to be invisible. I'm pretty sure they skimped on the solution big time. Can't stand CHEAPNESS and GREED! Don't go there!!! more

Awesome Experience! 3/31/2011

Arrived for a Refresher Facial and was treated to an introductory Healing Energy session with Constance when she saw I was in a "boot" due to foot surgery. Before my appointment, my pain level was at a 6 and after Constance was done with the Healing Energy and Facial, my pain level was down to a 1. Surprisingly the pain has not shot back up overnight and I am feeling much better today! I would highly recommend Camilla's to anyone! more

Very friendly, intimate and inviting escape 8/21/2005

My goal was to find a day spa that wasn't as seemingly unapprochable as Spa Sydell. This was it! They remember their clients, they make you feel like a goddess, and they make everything so comfortable! I have gone to them for a foot treatment, seaweed wrap, aromatherapy massage, and a facial. I am very impressed with their selection of treatments they offer and give them four stars! more
