I have been to this store multiple times with my daughter and have always been welcomed with her Psychiatric Service Animal not an Emotional Support Animal (my daughter needs her for severe anxiety). Our dog, Rosie is a 5pound maltipoo and we always pick her up when she is in the store. When we walked in the guy at the front desk completely refused our service shaking his head and wouldn't allow her to be in our store and TOLD US THAT SHE WASN'T A SERVICE ANIMAL, he didn't give us a chance (not all service animals are german shepherds, labradors and golden retrievers). My daughter was so upset and now we never go there all because of that ignorant man!
