Awesome Valentine Experience 2/16/2010

First time to Camelot. We had two massages, facials and manis for Valentines and had an awesome experience. We had chocolates, champagne and awesome massages. I got lucky to get Ursula. She is awesome. And the foot massage after the herbal hot towel was really cool. I still feel great. Best spa experience. We will definitely be back. more

Awesome Spa Tucked in the Gables 12/18/2009

I've heard about Camelot spa for years and never knew they offered massages and facials. I always thought they offered on hair and nail services. My friend mentioned she got a great massage there recently so I called for an appointment. If you're looking for a great spa experience and need an awesome massage and facial, this is the place to go. I was so relaxed after my massage and came out glowing after my facial. Perfect Spa for bridal parties 12/17/2009

I had my pre-wedding bridal party here. We got the full spa treatment and a nice champagne toast! The girl that does the massages was super helpful and so was everyone else. I'll definitely go back to get a massage. She showed me the spa in the back and it looked super relaxing. My bridesmaids had a great time at Camelot Spa. We will all be back. more

It was very much a busy salon...not a relaxed spa atmosphere at all. The lady who did my facial was very nice, but aside from here the staff was not friendly and the girl in the front, with the redish hair, who is the owner is not friendly at all. I also noticed a lot of gossip about in fron tof the clients. For the prices they charge they should be friendlier and concentrate more on the client who is keeping them in business. I would never go back!!!! more

Amazing- every time 7/10/2009

At Camelot, they make you feel like part of the family from the start. You're greeted, comforted and served. My stylist, Javier is professional and takes his time with me. The staff is a pleasure- warm and friendly. Parking is tough but they always have change. The spa is also amazing. Thanks Camelot Pros: Best stylists in MIami more

Warning, Warning, Warning 3/6/2009

Purchased a gift certificate for my wife for manicure, cut, and their so called hair gloss procedure. My wife has long hair to her lower back. She has had long hair all her life. Shortly after this expensive procedure, and once she was home, she started feling a tingling in her scalp and shortly thereafter large clumps of hair started to fall of directly from her scalp. We contacted Camelot, and both the manger and the owner became very defensive, actually blaming my wire saying that she must have an allergy or taking some medication. Thats not all, when we made our feeling known they actually threatened my wife. Shortly there after we found out that the they were not certified to use the product abd that it was never supposed to touch the scalp, also some of their employees are not even licensed Pros: great location Cons: rude people more

after searching on the net i found this salon I have never been before.. And what I can tell you is that the hair stylist Derek is the BEST!!! Pros: expect to leave gourgeous if u have a hair cut. Cons: comes early to get a parking space.. depends on the time can be hard, but it is ok. more

This salon provides excellent customer service!!! They are very accommodating to your needs, regardless of the time you might need the appointment, there is always someone that will attend to you.... Not a happy customer 5/8/2007

My experience at Camelot has been bittersweet. I have been to the salon several times and probably had one of the best pedicure I've ever had. Unfortunately, I had to cease giving my business to them because of several reasons. Rudness from employees at the counter where I am received, appointments scheduled on the wrong day and managers scolding me for an associates mistake are not things I think one should have to deal with especially when paying high prices for services. I think in my opinion customers should not have to compromise the customer service they deserve because of Camelot's status and location. more

I'm writing to express our positive experience with Camelot Salon and Spa for our daughter's wedding, bridal party, moms and grandmother's services. The entire group participated in a variety of spa and salon treatments and everyone enjoyed them very much. The owner (mother and daughter) were very warm and friendly and seemed to care about us and how we were feeling during our time there. In addition, the hair specialist who helped design the bride's hair style did a wonderful job, both in the planning and the morning of the wedding at the hotel. We would highly recommend the services of Camelot !! more

Camelot Salon and Spa--It's not a Spa!! 10/22/2006

I am a Travel Agent and send many clients to Spa Destinations. I drove a total of 3 hours to/from this Salon. What a disappointement. First let me say that you must speak Spanish to be able to feel welcome there. I do not speak spanish. I reserved a Spa Package and this place is not a spa at all. It was a very busy salon and seemed that it was locals. Very loud and alot of gossiping between the people working. The girl that did my massage was very nice. Atleast tried to communicate with me. The girl who did my manicure/pedicure did not. Hardly looked at me. I was there for over 4 hours and was never offerered water, coffee or the like. I never did get the Lunch that was suppose to be part of my package. I had to go out twice to feed the meters with quarters. I know this is not the salons fault, but it was annoying. I was so disappointed. more

Camelot is warm, inviting and accomadating to the clients. The ambiance is relaxed and the enviroment is one of a true family feel. The facility is state of the art and has the newest beauty techniques available. The Spa is relaxing and facials leave you refreshed and looking younger. Glamour and beauty is Camelots forte. more

Regal is the best 10/28/2005

Regal gives me a cut and highlights to die for. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. I always leave looking like a million dollars. The wait is long so if you are not in a hurry it's worth the wait. The staff well it gets tiring hearing about there life but i just take my ipod and relax Cons: staff, noise, wait more

The Worst Ever! 5/8/2005

I was trying to relax and get a message, but the massuer kept answering her cell phone! I complained to the owner, who said that I should understand because she was having a family emergency. I am sorry for her emergency, but then she should not be giving massages. And the fact that the owner knew about this made me so mad! Cons: Rude Staff, Not Professional more
