GREAT place. I boarded my two cocker spaniels in 2011 and was so impressed I left them there for our vacation this past fall (2012). Very well cared for - they were happy to go back and recognized Charles right off. Sign they were well taken care of. When I first called Sue in 2011 to inquire - my daughter and I went up and she gave us a wonderful tour of the place. Highly recommend and would never consider leaving them anywhere else. more

Worst dog resort ever! Very shady place when I arrived. I was in this strange, outdated 10x10 office area and was not allowed to see where my dog was going. My less than 1-year-old came home with post traumatic stress syndrome. I had to take him to the vet the day after I picked him up because he would barely move, never mind eat. I own a beautiful blue nose pit bull who was 10 months old at the time.. When I booked the reservation I explained that he didn't do to well with other dogs, I did not want him to participate with play time. When I picked him up I asked if he was ok and if he was alright with the other dogs. His response was -- I can't mix pit bulls in with the rest of my dogs, I will lose my business. I kept my cool because my son was with me and the place is in the boonies. When my dog walked out to me he was completely slouched over and slept for a full 24 hours. It took him almost 2 weeks to be his usual loving self. Would not recommend this to anyone who loves their dog and I will never go back again!\r \r more

We have boarded our dog here twice now, and both times we went away confident that our dog was in good hands. The facility is great - a detached building (barn?) behind a residential house that has been converted into a spacious kennel area. Our dog Daisy got plenty of exercise, and she also got her special diet and daily medication without problem. We have used another kennel closer to our home, but are much happier to make the drive (30 miles!) to this one. I couldn't enjoy our trips unless I were confident that Daisy was in the best boarding facility possible. Sue is the nicest lady! The facilities are very clean and safe. Your animals are in good hands here! Love the weimaraner puppies too! more
