A group of four stayed 1 nite. We were very surprised to be treated poorly. Amy gets into the kitchen before daylight; bangs and clangs on pots and pans sounding like construction work is going on through the paper thin walls only to produce the most mediocre meals served with resentment. We returned from a hike at 10 am to find all of our stuff dumped onto the bedroom floor, beds stripped and unused towels removed from bathrooms. We felt like an inconvenience during our entire stay which resulted in our canceling camel rides, lunch and leaving early.
The setting is fabulous. Go there for a DAY TRIP ONLY to enjoy camel rides and frisbee golf. Save some money and return to Moab to spend the night and dine at a good restaurant as Amy and Terry need to brush up on their customer service and culinary skills at Camelot.
Pros: remote, beautiful views, frisbee golf
Cons: paper-thin walls, mediocre food, poor customer service
