When we first selected this apartment we were excited until it came time to complete the application. Their online application system is so ridiculous and does not make any sense at all as to which applicants information is supposed to be completed and where. As a software developer I had never seen any program as horrendous as theirs and couldn't believe they actually had people using the system. Then they couldn't figure out who's information was who's and wanted us to go in to the office to complete it and we refused. All information was entered in their shoddy system and if they couldn't figure it out then why do they use it? Once we actually moved in we were hit with a plethora of issues: Not only is there nowhere to park the office subordinates think they're God and are not nice nor do they know what they're doing. When we were initially supposed to sign our lease we made an appointment w/ the office subordinates and when we got there they weren't ready. It took over an hour for them to get our documents ready to sign and because it took so long we ended up having to pay our movers additional money for the time. After moving in we realize that there is no parking whatsoever and we requested a carport. The office subordinates didn't even know which carports were rented out and which were being used at all so we agreed to wait for the office to notify a tenant that was squatting in a carport so we could rent it. Finally, after many calls to the office regarding this particular carport we were told it is already rented and therefore there is no parking for us whatsoever. One of the office subordinates tried to sell us the only carport available three times; however, this carport was SO far away from our apartment I couldn't understand why she was even trying. Now, there is no parking at all for us which is not okay because I like my cars protected from the elements and this was a priority upon selecting this apartment. After all that we then receive a notice on our door that they were missing information from us and we'd be kicked out if they didn't get it the next day. Well, they already had that information and it was an erroneous threat to us which is not acceptable either. The office subordinates are haughty and unfriendly with their cheap suits and scuffed shoes. We had another issue with the concessions on the apartment and the office subordinate we initially spoke to was horrible and blamed us for not using the concessions properly and told us we did everything wrong and it's not their problem. This was due to their online payment system and the lack of information provided. To solve this I sent a message via their ""contact"" link online as well as left messages regarding my monthly rent amount. After finally getting a subordinate on the phone she was rude and again blamed me for everything. I then asked for a manager and that manager told me there was no way her employee did not provide the pertinent information and the manager then blamed us for the error. This resulted in a late payment of which they would not remove the late fee because they said they never received my email or initial phone calls. Where does customer service take place? These office subordinates are customer servers and need to act appropriately. I'm glad I only signed a 6 month lease. We then had a maintenance issue and called maintenance. I man took down our information and said we would have a call back shortly. Two weeks later we're still waiting for a call back. more
