WORST APARTMENT IN LOUDON COUNTY 7/7/2010

They have so many hidden fees\r \r There "Valet Waste" system allows people to leave bags of trash outside their door..the property looks horrid full of trash\r \r The walls and ceilings are paper then..you hear everyone and everything\r \r I was shot at and almost killed in my bedroom living here and little was done to rectify the situation instead I was penalized and had my lease extended\r \r THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE OT BE\r \r Management is only about taking your money and having extra fees added to your rent \r \r DO NOT MOVE HERE..YOU WILL REGRET IT..SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CHOOSE ANOTHER PROPERTY more

nice place to live 12/5/2005

Summit lansdown is a very nice apartment complex in a very good locations. Only minutes from grocery stores and several shopping areas. The rent is not expensive for what you are getting, a very nice safe neighborhood. Very big swimming pools that are not crowded in the summer time. The applicances in the apartments are newer and nice and clean. The apartments are very roomy. The pet fee is high but you can own a satillte without penalites. this is a great place and affordable place to live. more
