BAD SERVICE, VERY VERY VERY OVERPRICED 4/25/2011

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are so over the top overpriced that it will feel like you are being extorted. They charged $65 (!) for the visit, then $150 for 30 min labor (!!), then $180 for a replacement part for a total of over $400 after tax. PLUS the guy demanded payment in cash. It was ridiculous. Simple advice: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It is that BAD. more

Happy with the service I received from them. Technician was helpful and got all my questions answered. Took me through each step of the lock installation, I probably couldn't do it myself, but I knew he knew exactly what he was doing. The ending result was perfect. It's working great and looks awesome. Thanks again for everything. more

Installing new locks 9/8/2010

My wife had been convincing me to have professionals redo our locks but I told her that I could do it. I never had the time to so we called the locksmith. He did a great job! My wife was definitely right this time, you have good service. The new locks look great. more
