Worst service 3/23/2011

I received worst service from Cambridge Eye. Although there were more workers in the store than customers, they still let me wait for 30 minutes. The lady was chewing gum and chatting with others when she served me, and she worked so slow. The worst thing was that she couldn't even get my insurance information correct - I got the same pair of glasses from For Eyes two days later and paid $100 less than the price Cambridge Eye gave to me. more

Horrible service, extremely rude 2/2/2010

Glad to read that I'm not the only one who experienced such a rude and bad service. Why do people work interacting with clients if they despise them? I wish there were ways to file a formal complain. more

Eye doctor who examined me was VERY RUDE! 10/4/2006

I would never get an eye examination from this place again. I didn't bring my glasses (they never told me to), and the eye doctor was very unfriendly and made a big deal out of it like I had totally messed up. Then he didn't say anything about what was going to happen and just sped through the eye exam like nothing had happened. Horrible. more

Rude customer service; dishonest about insurance 5/15/2006

Were here for almost 45 minutes, trying to purchase contacts for a prescription from another eye doctor. Despite claiming that they accepted my insurance, found out (while in the store with the insurance company on the phone) that they only accept insurance when they also perform the eye exam. While I was there, at least 2 other customers were experiencing problems with insurance and billing that the store was basically unwilling to help them resolve. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. more
