Cambridge Apartments need to take full responsibilty when their security guards do not inform visitors on where to park......Several visitors cars where towed over the weekend.....this is a big problem.....the office manager Jennifer Hall release one couple car back to them......so its obvious a lack of communication with the security guard not doing their job or someone is scheme to make money with Superior Towing and if so this is a criminal act.....all residency need to be sure that their visitors park in the right area......this also need to be report the City of Memphis, the Major Office.....please help\r more

This place is very unprofessional! They asked our company to come out and make repairs on their pool and now are trying to find every way to get out of paying for repair work our company has already done. The management is very rude! When it was time to pay they could not be reached and have resorted to hanging up when we call. Our company has sent them to collections. I suggest if you have a problem voice it on here. It is not right for a company to treat people this way. Look at the reviews its truly terrible! more

There's a Lot That's Goes On The OFFICE CAN'T PAY There Light Bill They Don't Fix A Dam Thing They Don't Clean The Apartments The Bugs Are So Bad Spider's & Roaches You Have To Walk A Long Ways To Get To The Trash & Mailbox!! The Manger Has A Nasty Ass Attitude!!! These Apartments Have Been On The News Several Times SEWAGE IS EVERYWHERE!! Cambrige Court You Fail!!! more

OMG 5/15/2010

A mother wants the best for her children even if they are grown. My daughter's living condition in the Cambridge Court Apartments is unbelieveable. She is living next door to a heavyly damaged apartment and the manager will not move her to another apartment. She called the office to report that she had mice and was told that all apartments have mice. Her biggest pest problem was flies and when she called the office there was no answer neither was there an emergency number. Pros: No one offered her a walk through with the manager/s. This place is a war zone 2/11/2010

This place is the worst on the block. no pest control of any kind. the manager is a complete butt hole. and does not care about black people at all. gangs and drugs are all over the place. over half the property is vacant (over 400 units) most of them have been trashed and are not fit to live in. break ins are the worst in the area, robberies and car theft. very high rate of domestic violence. garbage is left in vacant units. Rats and roaches love this place. Pros: close to a lot of funeral homes in whitehaven area Cons: you may have to use one of them soon more
