Best sweet potato fries around, with beer to boot! 5/16/2006

With a range of food to suit everyone from the biggest burger lover to the strictest vegetarian, Cambridge Common is a great place anytime. The food is solid fare, satisfying servings, and always delicious. A great selection of beers are available on tap, and the staff are always ready to make a suggestion if you want it. Plus the sweet potato fries here are the best you'll find, cut like pickle slices so that every bit is light and crispy. more

Good Menu, Good Beer, Little Burgers 5/14/2006

Cambridge Common is a good place for dinner and a beer when you're not sure what you feel like eating. The menu is comprehensive and the prices are right. Especially notable, if you come from an area with White Castle, are the "sliders" - four little burgers on a plate. It is listed as an appetizer but it's really dinner. The salads are also good here. Very crowded on weekends, with reason. Adjacent to the Lizard Lounge and all its happening shows. more

Best Bet to please everyone! 3/22/2006

This is the place to go if you're going out with a group (small or large) and want somewhere where everyone can find something they love on the menu. The menu is really diverse, with great prices, and they always have fantastic specials. I'm particularly fond of their Turkey Burger - delish! Great selection of beers on tap, the service is above par and the atmosphere is simple, comfortable and relaxed. It's about 1/2 way between the Harvard T and the Porter T - an easy walk from either! more
