I am not the biggest fan of massage, I can only think of one other person who I have ever enjoyed a massage from and he was the masseuse for the US swim team.
I went to Lili on my wife's advice (she is also a big fan) after I injured my upper back/shoulder in a sports-related accident. I was in a lot of pain at the time.
When I first got to the office, Lili took the time to talk to me and tell her how I was feeling and what my massage experiences in the past were like. She worked very hard to figure out what works for me from the get go. Once I was on the table she continually made sure I was comfortable with each movement and pressure point.
I left with my shoulder feeling much better, and was on my way to recovery with her help. I have since been back to Cambridge Bodyworks to further my recovery and am now back to 100%. I have recommended Lili to pretty much anyone that will listen, both athletes and others.
As I said above I think her biggest strengths, beyond simply being very skilled, is her ability to communicate both verbally and non-verbally with her clients.
Pros: Great communication, very skilled
Cons: none
