Not what I expected 9/21/2011

The service person was cold and unfriendly. He quoted the prices and had no interest of helping me. I was there for an oil change and the points usually services; I added that there was a noise in my car like and he said there would be an additional charge of $104.00 just for checking it! I don't plan to bring it to you guys ever again. more

Servicing without an appointment. 9/21/2011

I was very pleased that Dan was able to take my car in without an appointment to check out an intermittent noise. He went the extra mile asking that I take him for a test drive to see if he could actually experience hearing the noise. Naturally, there was no noise during the test drive, but he had a technician check out everything they could think of. more

Guess I am getting a new car. 9/18/2011

Don't think I will be seeing you guys for awhile. I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge and I just love it. So, I am under warranty for some time. If this car lasts a long as the Windstar I will be back. Thanks for all your many times of working on my vehicle. Eva Jones more
