Efficient, Skilled, Trustworthy 5/22/2012

I've been using this company for over ten years. They've often arrived within an hour of my call and had the exact parts I needed. They fixed my washing machine today in just 25 minutes. Their hourly rate was $10 less than Sears. Always courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of the house - a gem. more

Very Good Service 5/22/2010

I've used this company for several years now. Very satisfied overall. Very good service. My first experience was when another company told me that my dryer needed a whole new motor, and quoted me several hundred dollars. I called Camarillo Appliance for a 2nd opinion, and they fixed the problem for $25 dollars. In my opinion, this is a reliable, knowledgable and honest company that I would highly recommend. more

Bad Service and I didn't even get my oven fixed! 8/9/2008

I have an oven that was under warranty. The manufacturer gave me the number to this place and at first, they didn't even want to come out and look at my oven unless I agreed to pay them. Then, once I finally figured out the warranty bit, it took them 6 visits to repair the oven. They ended up replacing a part, but didn't use the part they were supposed to and told me it would be fine. Then, it ended up breaking two months later anyway! It was still under warranty so I got the number to another repair place and it seems to be fixed right this time! more
