Worth the Wait 4/10/2014

Everything seems to work well. No further oil leaks and the starter is doing it's thing. Took longer than we had hoped though. more

Timely and professional...great customer care! 4/5/2014

Was in SRQ visiting family and had my starter go bad on my X3. Had the car towed to Calloway and spoke with Craig and Thom who were fantastic! They had my vehicle done by 4:30 the same day and I was back home in Orlando by 7:00. Great work and grey customer service. Would not hesitate recommending them. Thanks again guys. more

On vacation and had brake issues. Special ordered replacement parts , adjusted their schedule to fit ours, and we were back on vacation very timely. Highly recommended. .... more

Latest visit 2/18/2014

What can I say when the very same service is provided time and time again. Kevin and Pier are always good at what they do and I learn a lot from them even though I am in the computer business and not in the mechanical engineering world they are in. Amazing how well these folks know my Land Rover. more

Trustworthy and take pride in customer satisfaction. 2/12/2014

This is an honest, hard working company that values their customers. It status with the owner (Tom) who goes above and beyond the call of duty. A perfect example of this - Tom called me out of the blue to inform me that a manufacturer warranty had been extended on a defective part that I had replaced nearly 2 years ago and that I might be entitled to a refund. How he remembered my situation is beyond me, but the fact that he took the time to inform me of a possible refund... I thought it exemplified how he truly cares for his customers. The professionalism continues through the rest of the employees. You can tell they take great pride in where they work and I have always been treated well. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation. more
