California Tint Alarms Auto

FROM AMALITSA\r \r I came in to your shop on 6.28.2011 @ 430 pm to get my 2 front windows tinted .I am a repeat customer I have tinted 4 of my other cars here .I have sent my mom to you my son to you my daughter to you and my sister to you I have been coming to you off and on for over 12 years. \r (( NOT TO MENTION THE PEOPLE MY FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE SENT TO YOU AS WELL))\r So I am a good customer!\r I came in to get tint taken off one drivers side window and get one passenger window tinted.When I came in my windows were all working fine no problems what soever . So I am sitting in the lobby peacefully waiting while they tint my windows.All of the sudden the guy who is tinting my windows comes over to me and says hey lady your window does not work it wont roll down ((( on the drivers side.? ))) I was like what are you talking about dude there is nothing wrong with my window my car is in great shape .I take great care of my car. Then your Manager comes out side and starts telling me ""quote un quote"" yea right your car is a 2003 and its in great shape yea right. I then repeated my self and said look my windows were perfectly fine when I came in here. So I walk closer to my window till I am right in front of it and I see big chunks yellow glue shoved down in my window tract along the entire tract about a quarter inch deep in to my window tract ..So I then begin to see why my window would not go down cause when the MORON who was taking off my tint on the drivers side window he was doing it in a down word motion and he was pushing all the old glue and residue from the OLD TINT into the space between the window and the tract . There was a lot of chunks of yellow blobs of sticky glue all along deep in my window tract Causing it to stick. When I noticed this your manager quickly said to ME you cant be in here I said well I want to make sure he takes out all that crap he has shoved in my window tract .So I went to the other side of the window to watch him dig out all the glue out of my tract . Why the HELL he let all that get in there in the 1st place is beyond me .I don't even tint windows and even I know he should have gone in an upward motion or at least put something in-between the gap in the window so all the glue would not fall in the tract causing this problem. AND HE IS THE PROFESSIONAL ???? So by now I am mad cause I see what they have done. So now your manager tells me look lady were not going to work on your car cause your window does not work.. But then all of the sudden my window was working fine cause he dug some of the glue out.Your manager then tells me I need to take my car up the street to make sure there is nothing wrong with my window or he wont work on it so I said well what about my other window ..Your manager says well that one probably not working either so we can work on that one either ???.\r Just take it to the shop up street then come back and we will take care of it.So I did when I got there the guy NAMED DON. Tells me my window is sticking cause of all the glue that got in the tract so he brings over a blowing thing to blow out and junk stuck in the tract and he blows into the tract and all these pieces of glue come popping out along with a lot of fluid.He also tells me your window is really gunked up and until they get all this glue off your window its going to keep sticking. So I asked him if he could call the tint shop and tell the guy what he told me. Well your manager picks up the phone and the second DON tells him that he is looking at my car your MANAGER starts screaming at him he told DON look that \r """"BCH IS FKEN CRAZY"""" we wont touch her car no matter what the guy DON never even got a chance to speak .So I called him back and said look I am at the BMW shop and he said my window is fine there just a lot of glue in the tract .YOUR MANGER says to me look lady don't come back here I am not touching your car and he hung up on me. more

This place is great! I took my Pontiac Vibe in early this Saturday morning (first come first serve) and it was done in 1-1/2 hours! Their Saturday hours are 9-6 and I got there about 8:20 and waited. They work quick and they know what they're doing. And... the customer service is fantastic. My car looks beautiful! Only $125!!! Ask for Peter. :) In 1998 I took my little Honda CRX to a place called Pro-Tint about 2 miles down the road from this place. Absolutely HORRIBLE! The customer service sucked and when all was done, they didn't even measure the hatchback window tint correctly and had to cut out a small corner piece to put in. Lame! And that was $200!! California Tint is the place to go! If you want to get out in good time, make sure you go early because it gets crowded! :) Pros: Professional, Friendly, Inexpensive, Beautiful Work! Cons: Can't think of any. more
