100% the right doctor for the job! 1/20/2012

Dr. Smaili and his staff were wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable. Choosing a doctor isn't always easy. I had a desired breast augmentation for quite some time, but I had not found the right doctor. I had seen other doctors in the past, but had not been able to make a decision. Dr. Smaili truly made me feel at ease with my decision of getting breast augmentation. He was very informative regarding the procedure. The staff was very helpful before and after my surgery. I love my results and I feel like a new women. more

Couldn't be happier 12/13/2011

I am 67 years old ok! I have given birth to two kids. I have gained weight and had what they called a ""muffin apron"". I went to see Dr. Smaili on a whim. I NEVER thought that I would be sitting there asking about a tummy tuck and Liposuction. I met Toni and she was so friendly and what a great personality, I felt comfortable and I said yes,why not? I am so happy with my new look. Everytime I look in the mirror I see myself for the first time. Dr. Smaili is a artist. For me he created a masterpiece. Thank you, and I am glad I could take this journey with caring and supportive people. more

I am just three months post breast augmentation and I'm so happy Dr. Samili from California Surgical Institute is truly an artist and such a caring doctor. I interviewed two doctors before him and the moment I met him I knew he was the surgeon I was looking for. This is the best thing I've done for myself! 11/2/2011

I had been contemplating breast augmentation for the last three years but I couldn't find a doctor that I could feel confident in. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr.S and immediately felt at ease. He answered all my questions and put my fears to rest. Then I scheduled the actual surgery back in September of 2011 and I am very pleased with the results! I would highly recommend California Surgical Institute to anyone that asks about plastic surgery. Hats off to the staff in Upland, including the nurses and all involved. Let's hope that this doctor sticks around for a very long time! Thank you for all of your service. more

Amazing work, very excited to get started! 11/2/2011

So far every thing has been wonderful, Irma has been great! Jessica was very informative and on the phone Martha was very nice and helpful as she could be. I have done my consultation and have my appointment for three weeks, and I am very excited and ready for my liposuction to be done! I have seen the results on a good friend of mine and I know that every thing will be perfect. The nurses and all employees are the best, I have to say that I am quite impressed and pretty sure that the lipo won't be the only thing that I have done! Thanks for all the amazing things you have done, and will do in the future. Highly recommended. more

as a well know singer, my image contribute 50% of my success. thanks to Dr. Smaili and the great results I have after the procedures I had done by him my singing career shifted to put me number one top singer in my country. Dr. Smaili, I couldnt thank you enough for the amazing results i got. your staff are the most welcoming staff ever. thank you for your care before and after the surgery. Thank you for listening. I can't begin to tell you about the numerous surgeons that don't! They all seem to have a completely different outlook on what I wanted to accomplish and disregarded my input on what I needed. You gave me honest parameters of realistic results and were never 'pushy'. You never tried to steer me in a direction I didn't want to take, or recommend procedures I didn't really want or need. Countless other surgeons attempted this approach with me and it led me straight to you! more
