It appears that the escrow assistants are poorly trained in customer service because they give me the impression that it is a total inconvenience to help me with the status of my file. Their response to me are, ""I don't know if we have everything we need, the file is not in order"" or ""we are just too busy right now and your file is not the only one we are working on."" I am really nervous about the final outcome of this transaction.
Cons: Thumbs down, rude escrow assistants, absent Escrow Officer.
