i really wasnt going to go here after reading some of the other reviews, but after i went in and talked to the shops manager and then went and talked to another shops manager down...

i really wasnt going to go here after reading some of the other reviews, but after i went in and talked to the shops manager and then went and talked to another shops manager down the street i decided to give it a try. they had what i needed and they installed it without a problem. they answered all of my questions and were very knowledgable in car audio. they were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either, but i dont think i would have gotten the level of quality that i did in service or product had i gone with the other shop choice. I would not hesitate to refer family and ffriends here for sure. 5 star all the way more

Went out of there way 4/5/2011

I bought my husband a new DVD system for his car for fathers Day, and the guys at California Sound went out of their way to help me make it a surprise for him by letting me bring the car in on Saturday 2 hours before they closed so my husband wouldn't see it till Sunday morning at least. They were a little bit more expensive then the other places I checked out, but when you receive A+ service and superior quality, sometimes that extra $50-$60 is worth it when you dont have to deal with bad service and/or having to bring the car back for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. more

Great Staff, product was new and installation was clean . Not to mention there 20 % cheaper then al & eds for the same radio . I highly recommend California Sound . more

Fast good work 3/22/2011

I went there and purchased a stereo and alarm for my nissan frontier they gave me a really good deal . Finished my car in about an hour and a half everything works great . Thanks for all the help more

took my car in to upgrade my speakers and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service they posses and show. Its my experience that any business that has anything to do with cars lacks that important asset, so I was happy to have experienced something different. They had a great selection of in stock products to choose from and a very knowledgeable sales person that really helped me out. They were only about $50-$60 more expensive then the other places I checked out, and a lot more helpful, which I think you can appreciate. Plus I know I wont have to worry about bringing my car back for them to fix any mistakes. I give this business 5+ Stars more

definitely going back 3/16/2011

I went with my wife to California sound today and bought a flip down for my kids. We dealt with Marco and he gave us a great deal. they were fast and the work was great. they even threw in some headphones for free!!! I will definitely go back to do more business!!!! more
