California Prime Properties

I love the property I've rented, well cared for in a great neighborhood and the perfect floorplan for me. I've had a few hitches with the aging appliances but the Maintenance Dept. has been so prompt and courteous that its been really minor. My A/C went out during 100 degree temps and Cory returned my call within an hour and had the A/C chillin within 2, sure beats climbin on the roof to fix it myself! I had the exact experience with a previous call. I'm very pleased doing business and building my home with California Prime, so far its been all I hoped for in my new residence. I've been renting from this agency now since 2005 and have had an absolutely wonderful experience.. It is expected when one moves into a home and remains inside of that home for several years, as I have, that the expenses incurred during those years will add up. Pros: Caring Staff... great home... Cons: Not many I can think of more

I wish I had seen the last review before I moved in. The apartment I rented didn't have a fridge at all. The were unwilling to make any agreement on them providing one or if compensate me if we were to leave the one that I purchased. This place had a major plumbing issues that was never fixed. I ended up just not using one of the bathrooms altogether. The locations for the rentals were nice but they end up hitting you with many hidden fees like paying for garbage and lawn. I was sent a notice to water my lawn because it was too brown so I watered it. The next week I got a letter saying that my water usage was up for some reason and they me not to use as much water... Pros: Very nice properties in nice areas Cons: Bad service. many fees and forget about getting any deposit back more

I wouldn't recommend them because for one, they are con artists. When you go to move out they will charge you for everything. Their money making tactic is to get as much from you when you move out. Pros: Good choice of houses. Cons: Inabilty to fix the central heatingair after multiple attempts, unannouced visits, inexperianced service men, unprofessional office practices, an unethicaly ran business more
