It is true that this place can get incredibly crowded since it's the only "real" restaurant in a large mall. As a result, service can suffer (on a recent visit, we never saw the waitress after the food was delivered and had to flag her down for the check -- she was friendly, though, and got the order right). I do think that their pizza has improved over the years, and they have a wide array of traditional and unusual toppings. They also have terrific salads and other dishes. They have "sugar free" flavored iced tea. The peach is okay, but the mango is horrible, and although they say it's sugar free, I think that just means no sugar added because the syrup that gives the fruit flavor undoubtedly has sugar in it (you can just taste it). I like that they have some tables for 2 that have booth-like comfy seats.
