Eye Exam 7/1/2011

I was very pleased with how nice everyone was the minute we walked in. Dr. Radacovic was excellent. She was extremely thorough with both my kids. I am glad I drove from Corona for our appt. I have no regrets. Thank you more

Frustrated 6/22/2011

The first assesment was incorrect. I brought the glasses back. Today I received a corrected bill. I have been charged twice for an office visit. I was rushed out today and no one explained the invoice to me. Dr said I was getting "Reading" glasses. They cost $200?? Single vision glasses, not computer classes cost $200?? My insurance shows my copay at $10 per lens for single vision yet you charged me $46 for each lens? I received a refund of $132 which was not explained to me. Someone needs to call me and explain why I was billed this way, I don't have time to go back to your office. more

Dr. Lewis and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The office has the most state-of-the-art equipment that I have seen. I have recommended Dr. Lewis to my friends and family. more

I have seen many Optometrists over the years I have lived in Temecula. I could not believe how different this office is. They are so attentive and welcoming. Had all of the lastest technology, but without the high costs other places charge you. They were the most reasonably priced for glasses I have seen. 1/3 the cost of our last Dr. And the girls in the office make your visit fun and enjoyable. It's all about the customer's needs. So glad I found them, our family will be customers for life! more

Great service and great people! 6/8/2011

I haven't had my eyes checked in 4 years, and when I went to California Oaks Vision Center I was not let down by the experience at all. The staff are SO friendly and easy to talk to, I received great care and service, and I got an adorable pair of eye-glasses (blue, JUST what I was looking for!) at an amazing price. They explained laser eye correction in case I'm interested someday, gave me eye drops for my dry, irritated eyes, and even prescribed drops for me to help with my TERRIBLE allergies (which I thought there wasn't anything I could do). 100% satisfied with the experience, and I will definitely be back to get my eyes checked (and maybe even get another pair of cute glasses?) more frequently! more
