One of the better luches we had in Carmel. The restaurant is part of the Highlands Inn and terrific views of the Carmel coast. The luch was expensive at $100 for four but it was worth the price. The food highlight may have been the extremely fresh calamari apetizer - which was outstanding. The fish tacos were also excellent. Our waiter (Jeremiah) was a bit stiff but efficient. The atmosphere was one of casual elegance.\r
