Our designer Tracy was very knowledgeable, looked at our closets, estimated what our needs were, took our input and put together a design that met our concerns. She was very professional and friendly. As I watched the installer, he told me each step as he went along, levelled everything and made sure that is was straight before he fastened it. Becasue he did that, it;s secure and looks great. He did a very thorough and meticulous job. more

Lorah came into our home and really had designs for everything and she was well organized. California Closets was very nice, friendly and they explained everything they were doing. They were the nicest company I've every had in my house who did work for me. Thank you very much Lorah! more

I sent this all in the email so that the person can get it, I tried to send it so I don't know if they got it. James and Ryan were the installers. We had called Three Day Closets and the girl came in and she wasn't friendly or professional. She was too stiff comparing to Osa. Three Day Closets didn't even whip out their laptop, she just measured very quickly and coldly, and before she left she just said come to our showroom. I went with California Closets last year over another company that was less expensive but also quality-wise was far below C.C. The initial meeting with the designer was complimentary, she showed a computer-generated on the spot, professional design that-on the screen was exactly what I thought I wanted. I did feel like she was a little pushy and was not able to answer all my question about the system. But I assumed she was professional and knew more about what I needed (about closets) than I did. I was wrong... The installation was within 2-3 weeks and arrived with 2 very nice young men that were a little late but otherwise courteous and very pleasant to work with. They installed professionally and cleaned up every time they came. The problem was with the design. The designers measurements where clearly different on the drawings-very inaccurate. Every wall of my 4 wall master closet had issues that could only be resolved over several returning trips. The only follow up I had came from the 2 wonderful installers, the designer never contacted me again. I like my system but the end didn't justify the means or the price. I will use what I paid for but will never go back and don't recommend them for big things-maybe small coat closets or something- that can't be designed wrong.
