I filed a complaint with the BBB because this place charged my card twice when I went there a few years ago - the food was horrible, service sucked and I never got refund for the second time they charged my card EVEN THOUGH I WENT BACK IN AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE ON MY CARD IN 3 DAYS - I see they're up to their old tricks, by reading the other reviews. These managers are criminals - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE more

Siesta Time 7/7/2010

My friends and I love Mexican food and decided to try this place on a whim. When we were seated it took our server almost 10 minutes to even recognize we were there. The person was rude especially when asked about an item on the menu. We ordered beverages and our meals and waited again for the beverages for at least 10 minutes and the server brought out two beverages that were wrong. We again waited for what seemed like an eternity for our meals and again one order was wrong. The server could not care less about us. Looking for good Mexican food...don't come here! Pros: Has a door to leave. Cons: Terrible service. more

Horrible customer service, lackluster food 8/11/2008

There aren't many restaurant choices on the North Shore for lunch hour, so when Calico Jack's opened the whole firm was talking. It's been hard to find any Mexican food and most of us love Mexican food. A group of us went there shortly after it opened. We chalked up the slow customer service and mistakes in ordering food items to the fact that staff were all new. Pros: It's Mexican food Cons: Extremely poor customer service more
