I purchased an adorable onsie outfit for my baby boy. When I got home, I noticed that it had a hole in it. It was an expensive outfit, so I decided to try to do an even exchange or get a store credit. I was offered NEITHER. They rudely refused to give me any assistance on an exchange or credit, even after I said I would spend more money on another outfit. The owner raised his voice at me and he was very offensive. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received. If this is any indication of the type of business they run, I would strongly encourage people to take their business and money to another children's boutique in the Charleston area.
Pros: cute clothes
Cons: very poor customer service and terrible management
