I'm very surprised to read a couple of reviews already posted about Caliber having a less than optimal service department. I've had many years of nothing but excellent service with Caliber Motors. I'm on my 4th Mercedes and besides the quality, safety, and well built car, I return as a customer because I know I can depend on honesty, reliability, and excellent car service and customer service. My current adviser, Mike Stowell is a great asset to Mercedes. Recently I called Mike later in the day to get my car serviced. A few hours later, I was able to pick up my car as promised. It was in mint condition. Mike takes the time to explain what is needed. For years, my husband and I have really enjoyed Caliber as our choice Mercedes Dealership. We won't shop any place else or service at another dealer. Why would I when I already have the best! more

John Gray and Brian Fitzpatrick are fantastic! I am a pretty demanding car shopper and it takes a lot to make me feel comfortable. John and Brian made this a relaxing experience. I had a previous lease with caliber and they have always treated me well. Sunil called me up and asked if I would like to exchange for a newer vehicle with no money involved. \r \r I said what the heck and went to the dealership. Less than 2 hours later I was driving off the lot with my new vehicle and telling myself ""Wow that was easy""!\r \r Everyone was attentive and took care of everything with no fuss....great experience! more

My wife and I just came from the other Benz dealership in Newport Beach. We walked into Caliber Motors in Anaheim and met salesman Brian Fitzpatrick. Brian was professional and attentive. Bottom line, Brian gave us such a great deal on my wife's ML350, we returned just two years later and I got my 2010 E 350 from Brian. If you are serious about owning a Benz, then I implore you to visit Brian first. Otherwise, if you don't, you spent way too much money on your Benz. more

I dropped off my SL500 last year for a tune up. While I was there I asked if they could color sand a couple of rock chips I received on the freeway the following week. I was told the chips were too deep and the entire hood had to be stripped and repainted!!! I approved the hood repaint. The vehicle took days longer than I was told. I had to keep calling. When it was finally ready I had to get a ride to pick up my car. When the lotboy brought it to the front I looked at the hood, and there was still some minor pits up closer to the windshield from the rock incident on the freeway. THEY DID NOT REPAINT THE HOOD like they said they had to do. I called the service manager over and pointed it out. He looked at me and said "" I assure you, we repainted the entire hood"" Apparently rocks must have fallen from the sky and pitted in the exact same spot as the ones I received on the freeway. For $1700 and confirmation they lied about the color sanding how do I know they even did the tune up???\r BTW I posted thsi same review last year and it was deleted. Horrible experience with service rep selling unnecessary service and failing to disclose necessary service. Car not ready as promised. Will never buy another car from Caliber and never take a car there for service. buyer beware Cons: LYING SERVICE REPS more
