Very disappointed in Best Collision, I saw awesome reviews & on top of that it was a place recommended by a friend so naturally I had very high hopes for the place but unfortunately I was immediately disappointed. My first visit to request an estimate started off on a bad foot as the guy that was going to help us was more concerned with the storm that was coming than the reason we were there, so much so that he told us to come back on Monday. Trying to not let that affect our experience we did go back that following Monday and we were unfortunately helped by the same man, which seemed like he could care less, didn't ask us hardly any questions, took a look around the vehicle went inside, got on his computer generated us an estimate, printed it and then sent us on our way. He never even introduced himself, didn't explain anything on the estimate and now looking it over, there are things that need to be done that aren't even listed. I really wanted to give Best Collision a chance, but as if the grief about my car isn't enough I am faced with horrible customer service. I refuse give this place thousands of dollars when they clearly offer such cold and uncaring service. more

They were very fast getting my car fixed. Other places quoted me 2 weeks, whereas Best Collision fixed it in one week! They work hard and it shows. more
