I was struck by another vehicle and Caliber Collision was referred via my insurance. I had my car towed there. The tow truck ripped the bumper off of my car. Caliber Collision did not feel the need to call me and let me know about this incident that caused further damage and instead talked only to the tow company.
After they did most of the aesthetic repairs, they discovered that there were further damages that they ""missed."" This added an extra several days to the repair of my car.
When I finally got my car back, there were leftover pieces thrown in the back seat, they didn't put my antenna on (not sure why they took it off to begin with!), and the car was filthy. Black smudges and grease were all over the exterior AND interior of my car. The leather is stained with grease, oil, and I'm not even sure what else.
There was a little metal piece that I asked the guy about when I returned my car to ask about all the parts in my car and he told me I would for sure need that part, and he wasn't sure why it wasn't on my car but I would definitely need to keep it because it was a very important part of wheel.
When I went to pay for the car, they told me I only needed to pay my deductible- despite my telling them that my insurance had already sent my check. As it turns out, they finally realized they needed to collect that payment and badgered me with phone calls. They refused to let me mail a check and demanded I either drive all the way back out there or give them my card number over the phone.
I would rather fix my car myself with a hot glue gun and a hammer than to ever return to this place.
Pros: ...
Cons: Extra time, not thorough, had to return, left my car filthy!
