When my daughter got in a car accident, Raleigh Collision took care of her. It took a while because of a snow storm and having to verify the other driver's insurance but as soon as they got it they went ahead and took care of everything really fast. My daughter's car looks brand new. I found Raleigh through my insurance and I've had such great experiences with them. I even told them "I really don't want to be here but I like y'all so much!" They think of everything and are very good at communicating and keeping you informed at up to date. They do an excellent job. more

Raleigh Collision is absolutely a 5. The whole process was easy. The rental car was there when I was waiting. I collected estimates from a handful of places, and they were right on track with the others. The customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond, out of their way to help me. The buttons on my key fob were wearing down and I needed a replacement, so they offered to call Toyota to see how much it would cost for a placement. They absolutely went above and beyond there. My car was ready when they told me it would be. I had the front and rear bumper worked on, and both looked amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future. more

I had to replace the front bottom piece of my car that got cracked so I went with Raleigh Collision. Their prices reasonable and they were easy to deal with. They even vacuumed and washed the car after they were done. They made it so easy to get it done and they were the nicest people. more

Raleigh Collision is great. I got my car back 2 days before the date they quoted me. I thought they did a really good job, I couldn't even tell that it had been hit afterwards they fixed it that good. Everyone there is really nice and friendly and helped me out with what needed to be done. They were really cool about getting my stuff back to me right away too. I'm not a car guy myself, but they explain things to me and they are obviously very smart about what they do there. I was very pleased with the results and my entire experience. When my husband damaged his work truck on an icy patch in the woods near our home, we decided to take a vacation. The truck was still drivable, and my husband figured that if he was going to be without it for a week, it might as well be somewhere we could relax and have fun. We live in Connecticut, but wanted to visit the Outer Banks in North Carolina. We looked online and found Raleigh Collision, and they were very nice when we called. Some friends of ours in the area had also heard good things, so we decided to use them. The whole experience was very nice. We drive down from Connecticut, and Raleigh Collision rented us a car for our vacation. When we returned a week later, the truck looked better than it did when it was new! Not only was the body work done well, but they put on a shiny outer coat and a small, tasteful pinstripe. This is my husband's business truck, so it really means a lot that Raleigh Collision made it look so terrific. It still looks so good people can't believe it's seven years old. My husband and I felt that Raleigh Collision really cared about doing a good job for us. They were really great throughout the whole process, and we didn't have to worry at all. Though we live several states away, we would absolutely use them again were a similar situation to arise. When we left Raleigh Collision, we felt we had made new friends. more
