I had a wonderful experience at Calhoun Dental today! It was my first visit and I wouldn't have changed a thing. There we so polite, friendly, and accommodating to both myself and my 3 1/2 year old son who was ""getting comfortable"" with the dentist for the first time. We will be going back in a couple weeks to have his teeth cleaned. He is SO excited to see Angie and Dr. Tom again! more

Highly Recommend 7/6/2011

I highly recommend this dental office. From the moment I called to make an appointment the staff was extremely professional and curious. They explained everything to me about what would happen on my first visit and they truly made me feel comfortable. I have always been a nervous person when it comes to the dentist and I felt very comforted, without judgment, by the doctor and the staff. My cleaning was efficient and thorough; I do strongly feel that I learned a lot about my mouth, things I had no idea about and for that I am truly grateful!! I look forward to my next visit. more

FRIENDLY ADMIN STAFF, BUT NOT QUALITY WORK 5/15/2011

GREAT, TEETH ARE MISALIGNED NOW AND I cant smile. Going back to see if they will correct this. I think my only options are to sand off the entire crown and redo, or continue to be unhappy with this experience and live with a disgusting looking smile. more

LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE 6/30/2009

I love this dental office. The staff is so helpful and the dentist does great work. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. I would recommend this office to anyone I know!!! Pros: Professional dentist and staff more

insurance issues 2/21/2009

after calling ahead to verify that my insurance was accepted, i made an appointment. the girl - angie - assured me that it was covered in full. i even asked while leaving and again i was told that it should be taken care of 100%. 2 weeks later i received a bill from them for almost the full amount. i called numerous times with out anyone ever acknowledging that they accepted my dental insurance. \r \r what a scam! i'm definitely reporting them to the business bureau more

Disappointed 2/1/2009

I too had a bad experience with Calhoun Dental and I do not recommend them. I wish I had looked around a little more. Pros: local celebrities have had work done here Cons: No privacy rooms are very close together, Arrogant dentist more

Most careless dental work I've had 9/27/2006

This office gave me the worst cleaning I've had. Their fancy technology doesn't compensate for their laziness. Made me come back a 2nd and 3rd time after the Xrays because the dentist was going to lunch and wouldn't be able to check me after the ""cleaning"". Felt like they had better things to do than take care of me. Made me get a filling which a different dental office told me wasn't necessary. Now, a year later, that filling has fallen out! Very negative experience. more
