They recruit from Craig's List, and that's how they drew me in. Management will say anything to get you there. They will lie to you, and please don't give them any money. I was considering moving in, and they required a $200 deposit PLUS a $35 processing fee, just to check my credit. I did this in mid January. It took them so long to handle that task that I assume they do every day, that I found another place and moved in. I STILL haven't recieved my deposit back. The girls working in management are very unprofessional and not too compitent. I regret ever stopping by there. I've had to call the management company headquarters several times to get my money and they STILL haven't got it all back to me. You've been warned. more

It's been a nightmare! If you have somewhere else to move to....do it but whatever you do don't move into this place. Move back in with your parents, your ex or even your friend's garage but what ever you do don't move into the Calespana apartments. The management is sooo shady, they have been involved in so down right illegal busniess practices. They will say whatever it takes to get you to move in but once you move in it's all down hill and when you move out it's even worste. \r \r I can't say enough about how horrible my experiene has been with the management of this apartment. Thank god I am no longer there but unfortunately I still have to deal with them because after three months I still have not recieved what remains of my deposit.
