I called and talked to the guy from California Coastal Garage Doors on the phone. He met with my neighbor to do the work. He came when he said he would and did what he was supposed to do. He also made good recommendations for other types of work. more

I've used California Coastal Garage Doors several times now and it has been wonderful. The most recent time I've worked with them was when my moto went out. Gabriel was my technician and he was great. He recommended different motors to me and I eventually went with the one that is more quiet. He was very efficient and quick with the installation and I'm glad we chose them. more

Very helpful and very quick. 1/6/2012

A few days ago, we had a young man from California Coastal Garage Doors named Gabriel come out. He had come out once before to install a spring. This time we were having problems with the limit, and he was very helpful and very quick. He is a really nice guy, and he also seemed to really know what he was doing. He made some good recommendations to make the door work better. I also asked him about getting a new garage door opener and he seemed very knowledgeable, so we'll be over there soon to take a look at everything. He is a very good guy, and I'm very happy with him. more

I just found them in the phone book and I liked what they had to say. I called them and they were able to schedule a time for the following day. They were prompt and efficient. They installed 3 garage doors for us at a very fair price. They were honest. We were very happy and would use them again. more

The people at California Coastal Garage Doors were just really great. They came out to do some work for me a month ago. I had issues with my door again, and they didn't have to come out. It might have been an indirect result of what I had done, but California Coastal Garage Doors came out anyway at no extra charge! Fred came out the first time, and Gabe came out for the second. They're a great company and I liked them a lot. I found out about California Coastal Garage Doors through a friend. They're just extremely trustworthy. New torsion springs 9/23/2011

Fred adjusted the schedule to add me at the 11th hour. He came out and installed new torsion springs and the garage has never been better. I will always recommend California Coastal Garage Doors to everyone. He was honest, the quote was priced fairly, and the services was outstanding. more

Fred fixed it! 9/13/2011

After a power outage my Marantec garage door opener no longer recognized my remote openers. Calling California Coast Garage Doors, I thought it would be a hassle to get someone to help me. Fred, however, was more than willing to patiently walk me through reprogramming the opener over the phone. I'm not even a paying customer and I am impressed with the service I received. I'm going to use CC for my future garage door opener needs. Thank you Fred! more

Professional and efficient! 8/9/2011

I own a commercial building, with a large roll-up door and the chain snapped and it was impossible to lift. I had put out a few calls to a few companies, with no response, when I remembered that California Coastal Garage Doors worked on my residence, so I gave Fred a call and he was there and able to come out that same day. He ordered the parts and went to pick it up himself in Los Angeles because it turned out to be faster that way. Fred had it fixed within a couple of days. As a contractor, I appreciate that he calls and lets me know where he's at with everything so I don't just fall by the wayside. Fred does a good, clean job and it's quiet, which my wife and I both agree is really nice. We'd highly recommend his services! Bill McNamara more

I love my new door. 7/25/2011

California Coastal Garage Doors were recommended to me by a contractor. I was having some work done, which entailed taking out the separator between the old doors and installing a beam in its place. This affected the dimensions, so California Coastal had to come out and measure everything, and set it up to fit the new door. California Coastal had plenty of chances to screw things up working around those big heavy beams, but they did everything right. I also found them to be a good value. The door was fixed quickly and for a lot less than I imagined. These guys are very polite and professional. I was glad to have the same tech come from a basic service call I had a few years prior. I just cant remember his name. He was #777. Thanks again. more

Quick and on time 5/5/2011

Our door broke on Wednesday. California was able to make it out the next day - on time - and fix our door quicker than the estimate. I will call them next time this door breaks...hopefully not for awhile though! more

After attempting to fix my garage door myself and causing even more damage; I called CC Garage Doors. They came to my house in less than 2 hours and fixed my problems in an hour. The technician was courteous and professional. When we replace this door in a few years; we will definitely call CC Garage Doors. more
