I called late in the morning to see if I could come in and get one quick thing done. John said "come on in". John not only took care of my original issue, but answered many other...

Worst

Dishonest. They damaged my oil pan, did not tell me and refused to pay for the needed repairs. Stay clear of this shop

Summary: Great workmanship. Fair and prompt. They're real people. Review: I have recommended Calabasas Car Care bunches of times. I love these guys! They have done a great job for me for many years. We've got about four cars, and we've been taking all of them to Calabasas Car Care ever since they moved in to our neighborhood. They have done a great job keeping my cars running. Two of my cars have over 275,000 miles on them and are still running really well, and neither of them are long mileage cars, either. One is a Chrysler Sebring Convertible, and the other is a 2002 Chevrolet Suburban, and neither are known for longevity. I don't often give praise, but these guys are good. David Bowman. Great Mechanics 5/6/2011

As a student and a new car owner it can be difficult finding a trustworthy mechanic. I was so fortunate to find Calabasas car care. They are efficient, kind, and make my experience calm and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be a regular customer. more

I continue to use the services at Calabasas Car Care because the people who work there are honest, do excellent work, caring, and they are always willing to work with me if I am experiencing financial difficulties. Calabasas Car Care was just very concerned for me and my situation. They didn't try to up-sell me. They're very honest. They know that I'm a single mom, and they tried to work with what I had and not try to oversell anything. They explained what was wrong, and they even took me out to the car and showed me what was going on. Instead of making the decision for me, they gave me the tools to make the decision. more

Highly recommend 3/29/2011

Calabasas Car Care is the only place I take my 2000 Nissan. They have been caring for my car for several years and I would not consider taking my vehicle any other place. No matter my situation - when I call - or my urgency their team steps up to the plate and provides the necessary service. more

Every time I have been to Calabasas Car Care, they have been highly professional, cordial, knowledgeable and always willing to help. They take the time to explain everything that's being done to your car. I've been a long time customer for over seven years now, and would never trust my car to anyone else. A good test is when you go to a mechanic and tell them "I think I need brakes" knowing you don't, which is basically an open invitation for either an honest answer or a complete disaster! Calabasas is that honest mechanic customers search for, who will be straight with you and say, "no you don't". Seriously, this is an incredible group of guys. Friendly w/ fair and honest service 2/11/2011

As a female customer I'm usually intimidated to work into auto service centers. Calabasas Car Care made me feel comfortable and were honest with me when I asked about a certain noise........there was no need for an expensive repair ! I appreciate their friendly and honest service and will always be a loyal customer. Thank you CCC !! more

Very Happy with the Service !! 8/31/2009

About 18 months ago I purchased 4 Brand New Tires for my Lincoln Navigator at a Competitors Tire Store. I recently noticed my tire tread was wearing uneven and quick . The suspension system had also been making this awful creaking noise for the longest time which had been driving me nuts . After speaking with the owner ,Goldie and explaining the situation we decided to mount 2 new tires for now and realign the vehicle . The alignment was so out of whack that it took 1 1/2 hours to do the job but after receiving the car back I am more than happy as the noise is gone and the car drives as smooth as ever. I felt Goldie was very fair and the service was excellent.I would also recommend CCC to others and return as a customer myself. As a matter of fact I will be adding the other 2 tires very soon and just took my other car in for brakes and alignment . Thanks CCC!!! more

Calabasas Car Care Center is aweful 6/24/2009

(Edit - Calabasas Car Care recently contacted me regarding this review and I can honestly say they tried their best to make amends and to make sure something like this would never happen again. They contacted Kevan and tried to figure out what went wrong and reimbursed me the cost of having my pump fixed. Class move by Calabasas Car Care. Of course I still went through all this hastle, so I won't change my initial review, but I figured it was fair to edit my comment with the updated information) So I get my engine temperature gauge fixed at Calabasas Car Care for $500. Two weeks later, the temperature gauge starts malfunctioning, going up and down, engine light on and off. So I figured there was a malfunction in the gauge like before, and I'll take it in the next day, but on my way home from work that day, BANG, white smoke, and I pull over instantly. Ended up my radiator hose burst. I tow it back to Calabasas Car Care and they fix it for $170, with no mention of them POSSIBLY being a more

CCC 5/13/2009

I live in Calabasas and have taken two of my cars here the past couple of years. The last time I went, I took my old Buick. It needed a flat tire assessed for why it was losing air. After telling me there was a nail or screw in the tire that could be removed for $10, I felt this was a good place to come and get cars fixed. Boy, was I wrong!! Goldie asked why I don't bring my car in sooner and I explained I have mechanic in TO I usually go to. He insulted me and said, "Boy, you're not very smart." I laughed it off because I know I have the education not worth mentioning to someone so ignorant as he is. I'm sure my 1996 Buick Century had something to do with the statement he made and he was associating the car I was driving to the amount of money I make. Sorry! My defining moment in life is not the car I drive or the people I try to impress at the stoplight. It's the people I help in life as well as staying out of debt!! Thanks for helping me realize I will never go to CCC again and not more

Goldie takes care of you! 5/19/2005

Calabasas Car Care is one of the most trusted places to get your car fixed. I am always wary of being taken for a ride, but the boys at CCC will tell you exactly how much it will be and why. They will go through the itemized bill with you. Also, if you are in a bind, they get the work done quickly and efficiently. If you are a Pepperdine student, they will drive you to school while they change your oil! A little bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it!
