New Insta 8/7/2018

The install team arrived as scheduled and worked all day in temperatures that reached 109 degrees outside and well over 120 degrees in the attic. Richard and his crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. I will certainly recommend Cal Air at every opportunity. more

Richard H., the technician showed up on the early part of the time window, and took care of the problem quickly. I have been with Cal Air since they installed the air conditioner unit 10 years ago and they have always been courteous every time I've had to deal with them. In my opinion they are a very professional company who will always get my business. more

Knowledgeable and Professional 3/2/2018

I was very impressed with all three of the employees of Cal-Air, who installed our Heater and Air-Condition systems. Alberto, Victor and Ralph all worked as a team, worked continuously, no idle time noted, till the job was done. Prior to the installation, they made sure the pathway, from their work van to our attic entrance was clear and protected from harm or damages from the large and heavy Heater/Air-Conditioner equipment. I felt relieved there would not be any tell-tale damages noted after they left. I'm very pleased with the completed job. Yes, I would certainly recommend Cal-Air to all my friends. more

Professional and Great Service 2/24/2018

Cal Air is terrific. I called Cal Air Cooling and Heating to schedule a service call. The representative who I spoke to was extremely helpful. In addition, she called to update me on the arrival time and status of when a technician would be at my home. The technician arrived at my home as scheduled . After explaining my unique situation, he contacted his supervisor who came to my home and graciously provided assistance to me. This company is fair and honest and they are great. more

Service heating/air conditioning unit 1/30/2018

Gary was on time, serviced the unit and was very polite. He wore slippers on his shoes to keep the house clean. I can not say enough about how happy we have been with Cal Air. We have had two condos in the Las Vegas area and had Cal Air repair our heating and air conditioning units at both locations. I would consider calling any other company. more

I called Cal Air because I was having a probelm with my A/C. Alberto showed up within the hour. He tested everything and determined I needed a new thermostat . He was very professional and was very personable. I would recommend Cal-Air for all your A/C needs. more

Above and beyond! 5/11/2017

Shadd rocket. He came back a second time when we called and asked a question that we had forgot to ask. Our mistake, our bad, but he came out anyway and addressed our concern. (We wondered if he had tested the heating and a smell, he had indeed, but tested it again and confirmed that the smell was normal upon first use after winter.) He also, the first trip out, fixed a gap in the venting that was causing air leakage, did an outstanding job. Very friendly, very thorough, very knowledgeable. Thanks! more

Outstanding Emergency Response 8/29/2016

Shadd was dispatched after business hours to diagnose a faulty air conditioning unit. He zeroed in on a bad capacitor and repaired our air conditioner unit swiftly and professionally. Great service from an outstanding employee of an excellent company. more
