Had my assesment done with jason. Went good, of course he said I needed treatment and parenting classes. (My charge was property damage) what erked me was not the fact of taking the classes. It was the fact that HE teaches the classes. On top of doing your evaluations. Unethical. Its a small buisness. I recommened going to alternatives downtown. They offer u better bargins. more

I went here for 9 months before I realized they wouldnt help me get the order lifted, modified or even work with me. They kept insisting I pay on time, but they kept extending my classes. Now I cant even get them to tell the truth about how many classes I did go to. They over charged me on several occasions, and now they supposedly ""lost"" the records of me going there. The owner Peg Cain is in the background laughing when I call, but isnt big enough to own up to whats going on. I would have rather gone somewhere else and paid more. These people dont care about their clients. This is the epitome of a horrible business, and malpractice. Jason and Peg know they are wrong, or they wouldnt dodge calls and lie about what happened to the money. Pros: None, this place sucks. these people seem nice to your face but don't joke with them because anything you say jokingly they use against you as if your serious. They twisted my evaluation so much and added information that made no sense what so ever. They even recommended drinking classes for me, when I never drink! Cons: they make everything in your evaluation 10x worse for you more

I had an evaluation done at the end of July '09 and it is now almost Nov '09 and still no report has been written up. I paid $ 135 for a service that has still not been rendered! I have made numerous calls inquiring about when I might be expecting them to complete their duties in which I paid them for and I only get excuses for their incompetence. They are lazy. This is unacceptable to me and I do not recommended anyone go to them if they are in need of the type of service this place supposedly provides!!! Find some place that actually does what you pay them for. Pros: not a damn thing Cons: they are slow, unresponsive, lazy and incompedent more
