An out-of-town friend and I were craving Italian food, so we decided to try this spot since it was so close to where my friend was lodging. The hostess was very friendly and seated us promptly, honoring our reservation. She was also our waitress. They seemed a little under-staffed. We had to ask for bread. She thought the busboy had already brought it to us. It was one of the highlights of our meal. The pretzel rolls were very tasty, as was the other selection. We ordered one of the daily specials, chicken florentina. It was good and came with a huge side of pasta with marinara. The food quality is good. The staff is friendly and competent. All in all, I would return. This is the perfect place to grab lunch or a quick dinner. It's a neighborhood type of joint. There is a large bar and, as I understand, a piano bar in the basement that is open on weekends. I will probably return to sample those. The place is very reasonably priced for the food quality.
Pros: Good food and service
Cons: Don't expect spectacular
