I sat outside next to a couple of locals and their pet pug, Simon. A very friendly place with a great atmosphere. The staff was really fun and the clientèle, which seemed to be mostly local, made me feel right at home. It was lovely and I intend to return soon. more

Cafe Trieste 1/13/2006

Cafe Trieste is a lovely open air cafe along Sausalito's waterfront. They serve up a good cafe mocha and have a nice selection of light meals and scrumptious desserts that you can enjoy either indoors or out. Diners can enjoy a fabulous view of the marina and the bay while enjoying their meals. One nice feature of Cafe Trieste is that it has an ATM machine, which seem to be a rarity in Sausalito. more

A Real Treasure 7/28/2005

In the time I have lived in sausalito this restaurant has changed hands many times. This time they have got it right. On nice days, they open up the full length glass windows or you can eat outside. they have great pasta and inspired daily specials. They also have free Wi=Fi. Wow! The staff is friendly. This too is where the locals go. It's very dog friendly. more
