The worst place I have ever been too. Horrible food and unprofessional people. The service was awful.
Being a physician, I went there couple of times in the drug rep conferences and didn't have better experience myself, but my family wanted to try a new indian restaurant, and they convinced me to take them to this horrible place.
In the restaurant, we ordered Paneer Makhani, which was nothing but the bowl full of Paneers with almost no gravy, and that was mediocre quality of course. To add to that, they served us rotis which were warmed up from the previously left over food (I was sure about that!). After we got our food served, the waitress never came to ask us how the food was, and if we wanted anything else. I had to get up and get water myself twice.
After we are done with dinner, I simply brought that up to the cashier while paying, and here comes the worst part. Instead of apologizing and promising us to improve their food and service, he started arguing with us and told us IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE FOOD AND SERVICE THEN DON'T COME HERE NEXT TIME. I couldn;t believe this. Of course I was not going to come there in the future, but this is not the way you take feed back from the customers. They behaved as if they never cared about their customers. I told them, look as a physician we conduct many conferences in the restaurants, and this could affect them a lot if they continued to serve customers like this. He says, I don't care. Many physicians come here. That's it. I walked out of that place and decided not to go there in the future. I am going to ask all my physician friends to cancel their conferences in that restaurant.
