The atmosphere was dark and dreary. There were only a few couples in the building, yet our food didn?t arrive for 25 minutes. At least they supplied us with a few slices of bread lacking butter to tide us over. I ordered the flounder which was generous in size, but lacked any flavor and was lukewarm. The side order of couscous also was lumpy. lacked flavor and was just warm. My wife ordered the chicken and with a side salad. The salad brought olives which appeared to be old and the rice was horribly bland! The chicken was over cooked, rubbery, and dry. Our server was very irresponsible to the point where we needed to chase him down for refills. Be aware they will add 18% tip to your bill for 5 or more people which includes your kids! I would not recommend this restaurant since their food was overpriced and wasn?t even ?Spain? like.
Pros: Close to downtown St. Augustine
Cons: Expensive bland food
